is there a rule that says someone has to f-ing lvl to 25
just cuz someone may have 5000 kills on a crit does not mean they eligable are to lvl and if they are unless its a rule they will lvl when they are damn good and ready so ppl assuming someone should be lvl 25 cuz they have x amount of kills is stupid and annoying

It says in the TOS that once you get 5k kills you need to be lvl 25.
The server can't make enough monsters for you to keep lvling on.
