Ranger arrows (1) stack equippable

Why can't we buy 5 stacks of arrows and equip instead of hogging up the inventory? i buy 3+ at a time and it's just non-intuitive unless there's a quiver somewhere I don't know about.

Cause I don't want the server to cycle through all inventory slots rather then just one. Faster and all that. Also, I probably don't want arrows being useless to the point of 'why do they even exist'. type thing. They are meant to be a slight burden.
