Hmm, let me see if i can think of them all...

-all of the vile traps, especially the dreads boss, which is surrounded by vile traps, so moving away from him results in getting trapped
-queen scorpion
-areas in the salamander place
-capture the flag event map

might be missing some, but those are the ones i see most often.

Maybe do something like I did with King of the hill arena? The problem is, the rooms you speak of are npc block rooms which means the npc must died before you can move so not sure what I did with Kota arena would work.

That is incorrect NPCBLOCK can be set per movement direction.
