Backstab=A powerful attack that deals up to 4x damage but requires you to be hidden on the square first (dependent on str stat for damage and agility for hitrate)

Re: Weekly Class Discussion: Assassin
Is wisdom still the stat used for magic res?
Re: Weekly Class Discussion: Assassin
Yes, so a higher wisdom character will still be unaffected by hostile spells more often.

Plus you simply take less damage with more wisdom, even when the spell hits you.

Yes but here it works in two ways:
1: it actually decreases the amount of magic damage you take
For example but not exact numbers: character with 10 wis might get hit for 170max. character with 20 wis might get hit for 150max
2: it causes more uneffects
For example but not exact numbers: character with 10 wis might get hit 4/4 casts. character with 20 wis might get hit with 2/4 casts
Keep in mind assassins come with a -7.5 resistance which is the highest for any class meaning they are especially susceptible to magic attacks.

Second lowest now but yeah. Having high wis will still help them a good deal, just not as much.
Re: Weekly Class Discussion: Assassin
Hey guys planning on having something like the first post popup when a player is creating a character. this would give new players an idea of how to build their class and what they are dealing with. Let me know if there is anything else important that should be included or anything that should be left out?
