Im not sure how hard this would be to code in but I think this would improve trade / interaction.
while in game and inside safe squares if you could list an item for sale. item sales might be limited to say 5-10 per account at once so people dont just spam (maybe with subscription it would be upped).
Anyways say you put an item up for sale it would cost 100 gold or something and stay up there for a month (maybe a time limit isnt needed?).
These items could be delivered by the same process that delivers the recruitment bonuses inside telegrams or whatever.
anyways it would be a simple system:
/listsell <item name> <cost>
/listsell bandit's blade 500
then when someone is looking to buy crap they could just do
/listbuy (which would list all items for sale? or maybe just 25 items then they would be indicated there is another page? then they would have to do /listbuy page2 or some crap to see next page).
/listbuy weapon (all weapons)
/listbuy weapon dagger (all daggers)
/listbuy potions (all potions)
/listbuy armor (all armors)
and so on.
house could also take a 5% cut on every item sold.
I can see this working hand in hand with the website as well maybe an auction system too but i think this would be pretty straight foward and get the job done until new client is in and we can have item images and an interface just for the auction house or whatever.

Actually I intended on doing an auction system that would work online. You'd list it and it would appear on the website.
I don't like being able to buy directly in game unless it was a nice page. Because there is too many variables to check for, enchantments, blesses, hums, soulbound (preequip), etc.
Metz might be setting something up for that though in the near future after hes done with the build system, but yeah it would involve some sort of sell command in game and then would be listed on the website. It would be easy now because telegrams can be from the server which send gifts, so it could be awarded there when you click purchase.
I.E. 'Your XXX item has arrived! Click claim to claim XXX!'

Yea I can see how it would need to check for sb for sure (making sure you can't list if it's sb'd) would be nice to check for blessings enchants humming and ember stones as well. Something like this would really spark trade which i feel is a little stale atm.

We could get an auction house style situation going on the website. You could put your items up for action via some commands in game, then it'd be listed on the site. People could Purchase from the site, then it'd be shipped to your character via telegram.

Ohh you trade X for Y. I'm not sure. Overall that might be rough to do, specially if you want a ton of items, then wanting a certain quality, or brill, etc. Would be alot of work I think.

Nod, it may be ok for 1 to 1 trades if you were able to offer the item up in the same manner as a gold trade. But ehh probably not worth worrying about.
