Bingo. Therein lies the problem Kenichi. Some people WANT to be terrible on purpose. That's human nature which I'm sure you realize. While people talk about a PC crusade or stuff like that they fail to see that they've become part of the sheep rather than part of the solution. You don't have to be overtly pc or not pc at all, but just trying to be a person who isn't looking out to hurt others. Again this is where subjectivity comes in to play. Not everything bothers the same people and it's hard to discern what should and shouldn't be allowed. If the ticket system is what's going to fix it, cool - but it seems like a band-aid based on what I've seen. You know that old saying "Treat others how you wish to be treated"? Not everyone here believes in that.

Again, this whole idea has turned from a blacklist to a voting and now to volunteer/extra work for staffers.
I'm not trying to advocate more work for anyone but this is obviously a subject that people feel strongly about on one end of the spectrum or the other. In search of an answer to quell rage and insults it seems to be the easier route. I agree that a Blacklist is good for the game(saves time rather than have to go through tickets about names

I don't know anything about programming or scripting and I'll never claim to so all I can do is probe questions or try to be an idea man.
