Actually, you know, I will do something to AS. I feel like it is too low overall, specially at lower levels, I'm going to give it a base, and reduce the multiplier. You're currently looking at this:
LEVEL*INT*MULTIPLIER=SNEAKAMOUNT
25*12*0.06=18
25*16*0.06=24
25*20*0.06=30
20*12*0.06=14
20*16*0.06=19
20*20*0.06=24
To
LEVEL*(INT+20)*MULTIPLIER=SNEAKAMOUNT
25*(12+20)*0.045=36
25*(16+20)*0.045=40
25*(20+20)*0.045=45
20*(12+20)*0.045=28
20*(16+20)*0.045=32
20*(20+20)*0.045=36
You'll see the gains more at lower levels, but it will progress a little slower. The total amount is still 50% with higher int, and 100% for lower int. The overall gain is less per, but it's still useful to have INT. You will see a larger increase at lower levels especially. I will probably add this in soon.

That will overall mitigate the issue, still favoring 25s where in my opinion the biggest gap lies in the range of 20-24 where you grind the most for xp cause Quests don't give nearly enough.
That's why I was trying to think of ideas to favor lower levels and make leveling suck less hehe.
