This looks like progress to me. Approve of the changes, and makes knights more attractive as a class.

Good to hear.

This is the sketch of what I'm planning, it's no where near done yet but:

-Level 0-8 is no EXP loss. 9-16 is 12.5% EXP loss. 17+ is 25% exp loss.
-You will gain the gold back to the level you can actually be. I.E. If you drop from level 25 to 24, you will gain gold worth up to level 24 to relevel to the max level you can be. The lost gold is just how it is.
-You will obviously keep your gear.

I think it's pretty fair.

That seems totally fair to me, thanks for working on it!

Thats nifty!

I appreciate the time and dedication towards items that would maintain people in the game and this is definitely one of those! Good job.

NH have you upped the fizzle chance on pally heals as well? ;x

Nupe, after a few levels from the spell level (I.E. if you get it at level 16 then normally it takes 3-6 levels to hit max non-fizzle rate with higher int) you hit the cap. It is normally between 2% to 5% fizzle rate. The lower end spells are 2%, the higher ones are 5%. I have not changed it since we came out though!

The base hit rate for PVP has been decreased from 35% to 40%. This means 5% more overall hit rate for testing.

On top of this, per AGI point has been bumped up from 1.75% to 2%. So if you have higher agi you will hit a little more.

Before hand it was:

18 vs 23 agi = 43.75 hit rate.
23 vs 18 agi = 26.25 hit rate.

Now it is:

18 vs 23 agi = 50% hit rate.
23 vs 18 agi = 30% hit rate.

ALL classes get the 5 overall hit rate. This is to help along the fights. In extreme conditions, a class will lose out on 1.25% hit rate. The biggest change though is the 5% overall, not the per AGI.

Yeah you still hit NPCs the same. Which started at 55%.

I expect the allocation thing to be done in a couple of days. It's mostly done now but I am also working on a couple other things for release too and some bug fixes (Freaking fade spell and other things.)

I'm also trying to get the prestige system fully in this shot too.
