Exhaust while moving

Issue: People sprinting away through squares when danger arrives without slowing down

Solution: Implement a movement exhaust system. Similar bar like the Out of Combat bar but for exhaustion. Damage/Attacking/moving lowers exhaustion bar, when its 0% you're stam goes to 0 instantly.

Benefit: More strategical choices for movement/attack based on that bar. Prevents people from zooming away. Prevents me just roaming around the world at light speed not getting killed by anything at lvl 13.

lol sorry but I'm pretty much with dunky on this one. Restricting movement doesn't sound too fun to me. I get what you're saying but I think things would be worse with limited movement.

I see what you mean with the idea, but I think it would be too annoying.

Ehhh, no. If movement exhaust could be limited exclusively to when you're in combat, then I could see it being somewhat effective, but then instead of trying to run, people will just log off. Maybe you counter that by making it so you can't log off in combat, and then people just quit playing because they now have no way to counter PvP whatsoever, and between the experience loss, gold being lost, and tendency for a certain kind of player to kill the same people over and over again, they can't do anything.
