That's a gray area lore wise. Dragons can see in the dark, and the ones with a second parent species of dark elves would likely retain their infravision, but ones with other patent races probably wouldn't unless they favor their dragon blood more. So there's a lore precedence for them to keep their infravision, and also one for them to not have it, so I'll fall back on admin discretion there.
