I got .net 3.5 Framework to work with wine.

Just when I thought I was good to go, I hit connect after logging in and got the following error:

Value of 'Infinity' is not valid for 'emSize'. 'emSize' should be greater than 0 and less htan or equal to System.Singe.MaxValue. Parameter name:emSize.

I just don't think it's meant to be :(

Maybe missing default windows fonts?

Make sure you have Verdana, Courier New, and maybe MS Reference Sans Serif.

I installed all 3 fonts in Wine. Still the same error. Anything else I might be missing?

Hopefully we should be good to continue for abit. I'm hoping to get some scripting done so I can finish up a bunch of player spells over the next few days.

I'm also going to showcase something rather fun with how scripting and the new spawn system can play together. Should be interesting.

This weekend I'll work on finalizing the druid spells, at least a good portion of them. I pretty much have morph and haste done, need to do some updates to get some new pictures in though tomorrow.

I'll also be working on the ghost bug (I added some changes now but I don't think it'll nip it just yet.) I've added some debugging so hopefully one or two more times of having will be enough to get rid of it fully. So that's a issue in progress.

is 21 wis actually going to make a difference here? or is it going to act as 20wis like how it did in rok? (same with 20 and 21 int)

It does for alot of it bar AGI. AGI is only raised by 2-4 because AGI actually works here. But you'll scale faster too with higher WIS regardless.

The rest of it should scale nicely with Wisdom, so it's probably good to pick as much as you can in most cases.

I've adjusted the fizzle rate on beam/ray so that they don't have such a high starting fizzle, but scale similar so that they hit 'max non fizzle' at about the same level. I've also adjusted the two spells so that they don't have such high variances, because they don't require such a massive difference from the random dice roll from lowest to highest, similar to what we did with newbie weapons.

I also took a look at the mob files at the first arena and adjusted their MR accordantly. I know the meadow deer has some high MR which was a bit too extreme (couldn't pierce it at level 1 very well). It's adjusted to still have some MR, but not a massive amount.

The max damage is the same, the average and minimum will be slightly higher now. Hope this helps at bit at the first 3 level grind anyways.

Druids nourish, haste, morph added.

[01:02] *System Broadcast (NiteHawk): I just released three Druid spells. First one is Nourish, acts like food, will level as you level, (based on int), and will give you a decent amount of food per tick even with average INT. The benifit of this also is it's 10% faster to reuse food again, and also to heal up. Handy to have.
[01:03] *System Broadcast (NiteHawk): Second is Morph. Cat and Bear form. Cat is unlocked at level 13, Bear is at level 19.(same spell). Cat is better damage, agi, etc. Bear is a tank. Fat tank.
[01:04] *System Broadcast (NiteHawk): Last is HASTE. this does NOT give you an extra attack. Instead, it decreases your stamina bar rate of recharge by two seconds if done on self. This is about the same as getting a extra attack. Easier to balance too. Casting it on others will only grant 1 second off there stamina bar. So about half an attack in terms of speed.
[01:05] *System Broadcast (NiteHawk): The stamina bar goes up by default 8 seconds. With haste on druid, its 6 seconds. Haste on others, 7 seconds.
[01:06] *System Broadcast (NiteHawk): the damage might still need work as we need more weapons and such though. In the end it'll become alot nicer, specially once we get enchants going too.
