+1 Race and Class EXP

Class EXP has been adjusted. It is now live.

Elemental race added. This is the final race that I wanted to add for a bit now. Stats are as follows:

Strength=14
Intelligence=21
Agility=19
Endurance=20
Wisdom=23
Charisma=14
+10 spell absorption (any damage spell against you)
17% spell resistance (between elf and dark elf)

Will probably balance as I see fit, But I figured I might as well add the race before release. Stats may change, specially the absorption and resistance.

Couple druid variations:

14 19 20 11 24 14 = 1091hp
Cat = 38 str, 22 agi, 78ac
Bear = 32 str, 21 agi, 25 end, 29 wis, 1466hp, 98ac
Cure heals for 70-80

14 19 20 15 24 10 = 1050hp
Cat = 38 str, 22 agi, 78ac
Bear = 32 str, 21 agi, 25 end, 29 wis, 1425hp, 98ac
Cure heals for 105-115

Dropping 1 wisdom and going +1 agi:
14 20 20 15 23 10 = 1050hp
Cat = 37 str, 23 agi, 76ac
Bear = 31 str, 22 agi, 25 end, 28 wis, 1425hp, 96ac
Cure heals for 105-115

24 wisdom isn't giving an extra agi point over 23 so the agi is likely better, but it's close enough to make a decision.

All of this is to say these make good druids. Pretty meh as far as other casters go though. Compared to gnome you have -2agi, +3end, -1int, +1wis. Seems gnome is better unless you really like a bit more hp on your caster. They might make better DMs with the extra hp, although imo the -2 agi offsets it.

They might be better at spell negation though, (I.e. racial bonus). They have a spell reduction that might make them win if they are fighting lets say, a gnome chanter. 24 wisdom doesn't give extra AGI now, only strength. 3 is the max AGI you will gain. I still might have to adjust it though.

For raw power the gnome is better, but need to actually test it out to balance, see how it is, specially with 24 wis MR and the bonus to damage reduction on spells.

Yeah the MR is a factor to be sure. They aren't terrible in any case, we'll see how it plays out.
