I mean the reason why it was nerfed was cause it was too powerful.

But then they'd instantly be OP again. Priests are still very strong and the easiest character to level (sure lower levels suck but they go by quick enough imo).

I just adjusted all the fizzle rates. Most of them are cut in half (but end up maxing out at the same). Some have a overall 'minimum' fizzle rate decrease too. They should be alot easier to deal with at lower levels (If you pick up the spell the starting fizzle rate at that level will be between 20-25% now rather then 50-60%).

I balanced it off the 'general' INT of a class too (I.E. sorcs 22, paladin 16, etc.)
