No EXP Loss if killed by players

@Rdoeo Thats what I think as well TBH. Most games have pvp, and if its in theres usually penalties involved for dieing, the other game im half playing is pretty harsh in that you lose everything (gear) but no exp loss to my memory. I think the fear of being pkd adds to the excitement. As ive said before "shit happens".
