from the lore side of it, an armored bear shouldn't be crushed by monks or assassins lol, wtf a dagger or stick going to do vs a gd dire bear? id say a ranger definitely and knight barbarian at most lol. VS magic they would have a distinct advantage being spellcaster's themselves, but at the same time a class that dabbles in healing, damage spells and morphic melee combat isnt as directly focused on a single powerful aspect like the mage classes are. the druid should be somewhat balanced vs all aspects but not too powerful.

the all powerful monk needs a weakness. other than your own fault for taking 10 wisdom

mages should be severely weak to assassins. mages hole up in their towers and set traps to kill assassins and thieves, stopping them from killing the mage or stealing their goodies. they don't go anti druid traps lol.
