No item drops on death in mosh rooms

Is it possible to make it so that we don't drop items on death in mosh rooms? I think this would encourage more participation as people don't have to bother with vaulting stuff before and after a mosh - they can just warp in and go.

I think cerebrus made a new arena last night that will do just this. So we should be good from here on out.
