It's pretty short, usually not even long enough for me to kill 1 mob while it's active. Is that the intent? I kinda figured it would mean I don't have to carry around lanterns for dark places, but lanterns are more practical than recasting sight so often.
If that's the intent that's fine, just curious what people think about it.
I see it being more useful if it were longer, but maybe that's just me.

It is made to prevent mobs from following you mostly, and also PVP. If it blinded players for several minutes it would be a big issue I think. Maybe future can adjust it against NPCs to be alot longer but defo not in PVP. It's a good escape tactic. Also good when pking to stop players from panic running away because if they rely on the minimap they are dead.

Ohhh derp. Sight could be increased. I think with high int its about 3 minutes though at the moment at high level? Not positive yet.

It's int based? My pally has 18 int and it seems pretty short but I didn't time it.

It is yes. But I didn't really do hardcore checks on the timer though yet.
