Ranger Pets

TLDR: Ranger pets added. You require empty soul gems to /capture, then you 'use' the 'filled' soul gem or sell it to another player. Charisma effects chances (16 to 23 is double the capture rate.). /pet and /capture are added skills. You can upgrade the pet, and you have to heal the pet with pet items. Heals in temples as well long as it's pulled back in.
----
Ranger Pets are now available. Right now you can get the needed items to capture pets in the Ranger's Lounge located in Canopia Forest. There will be more locations and I'll make it easier to get the needed items in other cities later on.
To capture a pet you require a EMPTY SOUL GEM. You must critical the NPC first, then use the /capture command. If it is successful, it will be captured. If it fails, the NPC will escape. The NPC must be aquatic, animal, reptile, or insect to capture. The capture rate for the low level mobs starts at 18% (or so), and will go down depending on the NPC level. Having 23 charisma will increase this by double percentage (I.E. about 36-40% for example). Level will also effect it, but minorly. Having 16 charisma is the same as having no bonus to capture rate. You can expect level 23-25 monsters to have a 2-5% capture rate. (Which will be double if you have 23 charisma again.)
Just a note, you will capture the NPC with whatever stats it has. So you might run into same NPCs that have higher intelligence, higher armor, more attacks, etc. This means that NPCs of the same type can be better so you sometimes might want to look around and capture a few of the same type.
When you have a pet you like, you USE the soul gem, and it becomes your pet. You'd then have to release it to get another. You can sell complete soul gems as well if you really want to other players.
------
Once captured, it's pretty simple to use. '/pet call' to bring him out. You can rename the pet with '/pet nickname (petname)'. Equipment can also be purchased to make the pet stronger in certain areas, such as more damage, better hitrate, better dodge rate, spells, etc. I only added test ones now, but eventually we will rename them. There is four slots. 1. Weapons, 2. Armor, 3. Special, 4. Novelty. Novelty would simply be a description add and is more fun then anything. Equipping something over an existing upgrade will simply override the old upgrade.
------
Pets do not heal when they are disbanded or called back. You need to use certain items to heal them, or revive them. They also heal up once you temple up, and do not cost anything to heal. (If you are full HP and you go to heal, it will tell you that your pet was healed free of charge.).
Right now there is no high level monsters, so we can't get a proper test of this just yet, but feel free to play around with it now. Damage and armor does attempt to scale with increased level, so some lower monsters sometimes can be better at level 25.
Type /pet for all commands there.
