I want one so baddddddddddd.

I miss it as well, was a lot of fun trying to roll a good 4 or 5 stat and wishing for a 6 that never came lol It made everyones characters unique and not cookie cutter.

However, the current system works just fine and I think it would take time away from other things that need added/fixed.

This was already asked for and denied in numerous posts. I miss it too but oh well.

It's in a few other threads that a roller is extremely exploitable and will be abused. Nightmist has a roller still and a good portion of any char rolled there was autorolled.

How about someone write a freaking program that allows you to roll a character but it's just a dud... not connected to the game server. That way you can waste all the time you want

Not doing the rolling system. For about 95% of people it will only be a hindrance in game and isn't new player friendly. You can't just dive in the game and you can spend hours on a fail thing. The only person that I've known to not care about this would be people who tend to make autorollers. You can say to add X protection but it's almost impossible to stop auto-rollers even from answering questions. Top that off adding protection only further makes the roller annoying when the good peeps have to answer stupid questions in order to roll.

You can't balance it even if it's optional. It doesn't fit, nor am I doing it.
