Norton Security Suite

There are two issues I have ran into when trying to install the game on a system using Norton Security Suite. The first is that it doesn't recognize the program and since the autoupdater is so new it tries to force you to delete it. The second is that it will stop the game update and delete the autoupdater no matter what you say. This is a conflict/flaw with the way Symantec recognizes and deals with new threats. There is pretty much nothing Nitehawk can do to solve this issue.
Eventually enough people will use the program that Symantec products will recognize it. For now this is how you have to install the game:
Download the zipped autoupdater but do not open the file.
You will need to Right Click on your Norton Icon in the taskbar and choose Disable Auto Protect. I suggest you disable it for 30 minutes in case your installation is slow.
After about one minute, Unzip the autoupdater in the directory you want to install the game and simply run.
Depending on your version of windows you may need to confirm that you want to run the program.
Using this method, the game should install and run fine for you. When the game updates, you may have to disable the Auto Protect again. If your SONIC subsystem still deletes the autoupdater then I suggest a reboot and try those steps again.
