Rechargeable EXP Accessory

What are your guys thoughts on some kind of item, maybe equippable like a ring or necklace, that absorbs exp while you have it equipped?
Something like 3-5% of exp gained is stored in the accessory. People spend a lot of time on 25ers whacking high-level mobs but get no benefit from the wasted exp. Once the Accessory caps out at let's say 25 million, it can be used on an alt to transfer the exp to them, maybe even sold on the auction house.

It's not a bad idea. Maybe it would be a one time use so you buy one, fill it up, use it. Something something about GOLD TO XP but with a grind sorta deal 8)

One time use is fine too, maybe a gold option with lower exp absorption/exp cap, and a (not too expensive) PP option with higher values.
