Selling Others Souldbound gear.

If someone deliberately drops soul bound gear it should be sellable damnit! The amount of times ive came across trash gear dropped in the streets. I can't do my civic duty and sell it into the shop. This makes me both angry and sad.
I remember the good old days in RoK where you could drop things in the trash and get money for it... Aye... the good ole days

SB gear removal is only meant to be for transferring only really. Because of houses, I had to go that route otherwise if people put things in your house you can't take out, it would be rather silly. I get that people can drop stuff/etc, but I don't want people benefiting from it.
