Preemptive Planning

I know this is a long way off... but one of the things promised in another game a long time ago was level 50 and third tier characters. What type of ideas do we have for these?

Level 50 can go in but it'll be one of the last things we do. Third tier would be at level 50. Can discuss this more in the future though, I'd rather not mix so far goals with our current closer ones though.
