/look spam

Just gonna say this one how it is.

Since SOMEONE is a child and can't control themselves on the internet, /look spam is now a thing. This causes everyone in the room to see the mob's look over text, and is beyond annoying in a large fight. It needs to go.

Suggestion: Looking over a mob only shows the message to the person who looked it over.

Maybe a client side only rate limiter for repeating certain actions.
Actions i can think of to rate limit would be "look", paging the same person with the same message, general chat with the same message.

Limit could be once every 5 seconds?

Actions that shouldn't be rate limited: Heals, /get, attacks, movement
