Graded Empty Soul Gems

How about a few grades of Soul Gems (for taming pets).
They give you different success rate chances to your tames based on the grade (higher grades are off course more expensive).

I do like the idea of something that helps with capturing chances, but i worry making them available in shops would make capturing too easy.

How about you could only get these better soul gems from running a weekly repeatable quest, or from farming?
Possibly from an OAD but that would limit their availability to everyone.

As a reminder i think some of the monsters ingame drop soul jewels so this could potentially intertwine with that somehow

Well, I was thinking +% or + CHR (for the purposes of the tame). Obviously if you make them too high it would be silly.

Also the soul jewels (soul gems?) you are on about... that item dropped by the Adept Cultist? I do not think that would mesh well since i think they are meant to be the souls of races (human, dwarf, elf etc).
If you are meaning something else though... I have never saw this, but not really been playing too much lately.

Yeah i meant those jewels.
You could have a witch NPC in the woods who turns 20 soul jewels into a enchanted soul gem.

She would release the trapped souls and what was left would be an enchanted empty soul gem.

This could be run weekly and would maybe give a 20% increased chance of capture?
