Suggestions to eliminate gold/25ers

Before I go on with the below, the genesis of this proposal comes from the fact that with a small and slowly growing community, the production of assets (i.e, creation of gold and 25ers) far outstrips the demand.
This means that we live in a hyperinflation world where both gold and 25ers are increasingly worthless.
This pushes the value of high end equipment, such as very rare weapons. However, since the best equipment usually goes out to the players that are already the strongest, you have a perpetuation of this cycle. Forgive the expression, but the "rich get richer" while the poor people cannot compete or crucially, hope to buy better equipment (since their currency, gold and 25ers, is worthless).
I think we need to think of solutions now to therefore create gold and 25er "sinks", in larger numbers:
Gold sinks:
- Keys for OADs. We generally spend lots of time farming keys, but conceptually there is nothing that would stop a given OAD to demand a shop bought key that costed 50k.
- Stat increasing pots: More of these would be nice, at 5k a shot
- Passes for events: If you want to participate in any given event, you need to pay an entry fee of 100k
- Teleport gates between far away towns, costing 1000g per teleport (low price will encourage people to use)
- Cosmetic pets costing 500k (basically pets that cannot attack, and disband when attacked but otherwise can follow you around)
25er sinks (This is more controversial, i guess)
- Create an event where 25ers that die.. are deleted.
- Create a weapon where you need to "sacrifice" (read delete) a 25er
- Create a system where deleted 25ers are converted into PRestige Points
Well, throw away your suggestions. I would suggest keeping in mind that we need to think of simple things that NH can code without much sweat.
