Quests in general.
As most of us know there are a few quests you can do in this game. This is nice because early on they give some nice exp and/or items. Now this might already be underway or available and I am blind, but I think there should be (player made) a list of all the quests that are available, or at least the quests that give item rewards and/or are worth it.
Re: Quests in general.
I was thinking of putting the quest info into the wiki (I have the page ready - but as of yet it is blank). I have limited play time and most of the quests do not interest me so this will not be filled up quickly without contribution. However, the next time I start a new alt I will fill in the quests, that I do, as I do them. People can feel free to contribute:
Quest Location: The Academy
Quest Number: 5
Quest Name: Kill The Thief.
Quest Giver: Headmistress
Quest Task: Kill the Merchant (he stole the Headmistress's Negligee for reasons we shall not discuss).
Quest Reward: 1000 Gold, 5000 EXP, Silver Pantaloons.
Next Quest: Slap Bastian.
Use the above format please.

That's a huge request! There's quite a lot of quests

I imagine it would take some time. However, if people have information on certain quests, such as the one that gives Demonskin, those would be the more useful quests. Slowly fill in the others. I haven't done many quests in the game as it seems to be easier to just grind out the exp and not stop to turn in a quest. However I stopped doing them at like 15 (currently 21) so I don't know if I am missing out on major exp or not. I would assume not since at this point I need 3X Mil+ to level.

For the most part all quests are worth it for gold / breaking up the monotony. They don't usually give you huge XP rewards by design.

Re: Quests in general.
What is the rationale for the inferior exp reward of Quests?
Personally i enjoy them more, but barring certain exceptions, they just arent worth it, exp wise.

Don't take life too seriously. You will never get out of it alive.

Chris didnt want quests being the main source of experience in game. More like a good source of gold and to break up the grind (giving players a task while they're clicking away for hours upon hours)
Re: Quests in general.
There might be a way you could automate documentation of the quests if Nitehawk allows it, which hopefully he will.
In theory you could run some sort of query against the quest database or code that would pull out the quest name, NPCs involved, items required, rewards, and any restrictions involved (level, class, div, whatever it is)
Ideally this would be pulled out into a standardised format that could be plonked straight onto the wiki, then others could make edits on top of this to add extra info if necessary.
I do agree there definitely needs to be some sort of guide towards quests as I've been hopelessly lost on so many of them and there's just no materials available to help other than asking people in game that can give conflicting or unhelpful answers, if you can find someone to ask.
Edit to add:
If need be i can look at ways to parse the data and get it on the wiki, could be an interesting project
