No repartying during mosh rule.

Just thought it might be a little more fair/challenging if people decide to play favorites during a mosh where you can run.

In last night's mosh Associate, Orestes, and Killa were moving in perfect unison and announced as the winners even though they weren't initially teamed. What is up with that?

Hi Kismet!

I didn't write the rules for the event, but I did note the parties as Kawasaki formed them. The parties were:
#1 - Atticuz, Love, Dyer
#2 - Volsung, Sage, Lightning
#3 - Associate, Orestes, Killa

I was watching the whole time too. I didn't see any party reforming.

Let's agree that Orestes and Associate carried Killa, cause damn he weights man.

P. S. Stop making moshes where guilds can't party up, it Defeats the purpose of having a guild for pvp purposes. Make some guild oriented and some not, else it gets annoying. Cere this is towards you. :)

I would say yes and no to this. Depends on the mosh, could be disallowed, but allowed ahead of time. As for all moshes? Meh. :P

I know this contradicts the original topic but just throwing out another idea here for the sake of fairness: how about having staff or a randomizer decide which teams would be remade for those of the one guild that remains in an all-out mosh? That would eliminate the awkwardness of choosing which allies to hit as the teams that were mutually decided by guildies in the all-out mosh earlier after everyone else was eliminated was quite unbalanced. Such choices are heartbreaking for me, to be honest.

I get what you're saying Kis, and perhaps a KaosBot v2 could help with this. On the flip side of this I feel like our teams actually were balanced, but an error with /protect made them unbalanced. Unfortunate for sure.

As players I think some of this load needs to be on us and not Staff. It's an all out mosh so in theory we should just be murdering each other more. There's no hard feelings when you get killed by a guildie at the end of a mosh, or there shouldn't be anyway.

The way I heard it actually was that you teamed(didn't join the party but actually coordinated attacks and took heals) with the lightning pally and sage party.

While I agree you need to stay in your assigned party there's not much that can be done about coordinating attacks towards another team. However you shouldn't be healing and taking heals from another team. That's a dq in my book but I didn't run the mosh or hear the rules stated that way but yea.

I know the rules were not stated that you couldn't heal other teams but consider my rules saying no on healing other parties.
