Balance Changes - Almost Final

These are the pending changes.

Dwarf: +2 AC, +1 STR, +1 INT, +2 Allocation Point.
Elemental: +1% Magic Resist, +5 Spell Damage Negation.
Elf: 15% Fizzle Rate Reduction, +2% Magic Resist.
Gnome: +5% Magic Resist, +3 Allocation Points.
Goblin: +3% Magic Resist.
Half-Elf: +3% Magic Resist, 10% Fizzle Rate Reduction, Bonus Stat Only Requires 2 Allocation Points Instead Of 5.
Halfling: +1% Magic Resist, -0.5 Stamina Speed.
Half-Orc: +5% Cooldown Timer
Human: -15% Cooldown Timer, 5% Fizzle Rate Reduction, Bonus Stat Only Requires 2 Allocation Points Instead Of 5.

Barbarian: -5% Magic Resistance, +2.5 Dodge Modifier, +2.5% HP, +5% Rage Damage Bonus, Only Lose 1.25% AGI Per Rage Instead of 3%.
Knight: -5% HP (They will have 5% HP bonus). Taunt Adjustments, Shield Bash added (Info on both here: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=1062&start=10)
Cleric: Adjusted Attacks Gains On Levels. (4,13,25)
Druid: -10 Mana On Nourish (10 To Cast), -3.5% Less Dodge Out Of Morph, Boosted Amount Healed with Nourish A Small Amount. +1 AGI in CAT/BEAR Form (Negates the loss of dodge out of morph.), Druid Morph Scaling Adjustments. (You'll get around 80% of all stats at level 10.), Adjusted Attacks Gains On Levels. (4,13,25)
Monk: Meditate. Based On Level and INT. Also Removes Poison.
Paladin: Fixed /Protect. (5% Dodge Loss/10% MR Loss.). Blunt Damage 16% Bonus. 1% Sword Damage Loss. (Worthwhile more at higher levels, not at lower levels.)
Necromancer: Adjusted Attacks Gains On Levels. (4,14,25). Spawn Damage Reduced Slightly.
Sorcerer: Adjusted Attacks Gains On Levels. (4,14,25). Spawn Damage Reduced Slightly.
Rangers: Damage Modifier Adjusted From 1.1 To 1.0. NPC Pets Adjusted Heavily. (viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1054&start=20#p8043 Page 3 and Page 4 for info). Pet Gear Adjusted.
Thief: Stealing Gives 2.5x More XP. When Stealing From An NPC, Your Steal Chance Is Increased By 30%. Can use bows. Two Handed, Grants 10% Damage Bonus (or around).


EXTRA INFO
-Overall MR reduced by 2% in the calculations.
-Actual slings aren't in yet, but will be working on that.
-Everyone will get a free stat allocation that will last about a month.
-Rangers will most likely lose their pets but will be reimbursed a RARE SOUL GEM which can capture a monster easily. RARE SOUL GEMS do not break. The capture rate is 100% but that will only be for a month and then I will set them to proper values.
-I'll attempt to reimburse for ranger pet gear too, will try anyways.
-Pet/Summons vanish duration is removed, it was a old function to prevent spamming, but if you log off they vanish now anyways.
-Summons cannot be cast if you are full now, it will tell you to /reclaim which gives people a nice knowledge of the function.
-AD should be fixed now when using dual weapons.
