Making Bards Better

I think bards are kind of shortchanged. Let's fix that.
Bards have five spells.
Power - Gives them strength (4-5)
Int - Grants them intelligence. (1-2)
Absorb - Grants them spell damage reduction. (10-15%)
Armor - Grants them armor (20-25?)
HP - Grants HP per tick.
I think that the songs are fine but they are too separate. What I propose is>
Power - Grants strength and intelligence (3-4 str, and 1int plus maybe 5 spell damage).
Absorb - Grants them armor and spell damage reduction (same as above just mixed).
Speed - (NEW) Grants everyone 1 AGI and -1 second off their exhaust timer...
HP - Grants HP per tick, more out of combat.
HP would be unique. Let's say it grants 40-50 HP per tick to all members (seem ok?). Then out of combat you would get x3 that, so 120-150HP per tick. Or maybe even x4.
The reason why power grants less strength is because I want to make it so sorcs POWER spell is stacklable with this, thus making both useful in any situation. I would also lower the power spell on sorcs to 2-3.
The speed one might be too strong and not needed. I might ignore that one. There is an issue with that cause of druids haste. It would mean with haste and that, you attack 2 seconds faster per round. While that doesn't sound like alot, well, it's alot, specially if your are a healer. So I think Either ignore that, or reduce it to something like 0.5 seconds, or just plain give +2 agi instead. Could also give something like 0.25 seconds, which isn't alot but it would help ensure your party is always attacking first in most cases.
The above changes might be too strong, feel free to comment on everything.

The final thing I want to add is that spells are effected by instrument and charisma. They both need to be good to get the values above. How should we line this up? Right now it's about half and half. But maybe charisma should be more important (75% charisma/25% instrument?)
Maybe instrument instead could boost overall MP, back up to normal levels, or do other things. (I.E. You start with 0.5x manapool, with a level 25 instrument you'll be at around 1x mana). What do you guys think?
