Guys, anyone else feel this?

I am unable to do any end content OaD, unless I torture myself with extremely late nights/early morning, which I am losing interest in very quickly. This only leaves one thing left... levelling alts, for hours on end and for what purpose? To get them to the same level to do nothing but sit in taverns talking to people.

There are two builders working on large indepth oad areas that should be done very soon (they have been working on them for months to give you an idea of how much content should be in there).

I am working on more of a casual oadish area (think mix of ringleader and dreadlands which can be done throughout the day and atleast collected solo).


Anyways a lot in the pipeline and keep in mind a lot of effort went into the xmas area as well which took builders off other projects.

I think things should settle after new years once people are off breaks as well and can start doing events more often. We will have a calendar out so you can know what to expect nightly as well instead of always just random this or that.

Eh I don't feel bored at all, especially with the xmas area there's plenty to keep me busy. As Lat said there's more coming too.

Yeah, most of staff took a break from being staff for the holidays, and will probably get back to work sometime after the new year. We meant to have more stuff out before the holidays pulled everyone away, but it didn't work out that way, sorry.

Sorry mate. We are trying to add content as much as we can. With this, working on new areas, and then working on the guild raid system everything booked up but it all takes time. People are going to come and go but it's tough right now to keep everyone satisfied until more comes in. Hopefully it will be promising in the future, but I do agree we need more content. Rome wasn't built in a day though, and either can this game 8)

Sorry, the original post may have come off a bit blunt.

I do appreciate the time you all take with the content development, events etc...

I think the problem I face is that I am from Australia, a different time zone to most. This makes it hard to interact with most people who are online, and due to the OaD times and events being scheduled around a different time zone it makes it hard to attend/contest any of these.

I'm not giving up on the game by any means, I really enjoy this style of game, I guess I'm just looking for more to do.

The same exact time zone issue arose in Realms of Kaos. The only fix I can think of is to get more players from your (or a similar) time zone so that there will be people online during that time.

The time zone thing is definitely an issue. I think dreads keys are interesting in this regard as some of them are very hard to get if you're on US time...but this has led to different guilds getting different keys and the boss rarely being done.That's on us players to solve though.

Not really sure what the solution to making people all over the world happy when it comes to spawns, it's a tough one.

Yea it's the dreads boss itself was created so everyone kind of had a chance to help out. Since the keys spawn at all times it's very hard for one person to collect them all you gotta work with your clan to coordinate or buy and sell from others.
