Kills/Deaths

Can we make this just show Deaths by other players and Not NPCS, or make a seperate NPC Death slot?
In game: Diablo, Satan, Sicx, Nyte

I think this was suggested before by someone, but I agree, maybe a separate one for monster and players (although I think that was mentioned too?).
Disclaimer: Any ideas I come up with may not even meet my approval. I am just posting an idea based on the topic I have just read.
