any way to make looking at this while offline? incase the server is down or other reasons. just wouldnt be able to finish the creation process ofc.

also pretty much the same thing if acct is at max character allotment. can the check be made at the end step so u can look at various characters to build w/o having to delete something unless you are for sure going to make something.?

The latter is probably easily done, but at the moment the first part will be more work cause server gives the client details on stats/etc when you connect. Not sure the easy solution that won't be a pain and I don't think hard coding stats will be ideal, Would have to save or something when you connect to a file. Something that could be done in the future.
