Enchanter/Priest Skill - Combine Blessings

Can we get a skill on either priest or enchanter that allows someone to turn all 5 div blessing scrolls into a new scroll that applies all 5 blessings simultaneously? I understand that there may be an issue with an item already having a certain divinity's blessing, but it can just add the rest of them.

This is planned when we add professions and whatnot.

Prob won't be possible due to limitations atm.

example: fire divs shouldnt get water or night blesses imo. instead their item should get 3 fire blesses and 1 storm 1 earth . i know it would probably add too much div damage but i think its just weird enemy gods would bless your items in the first place.
