Stamina Max
So what do you guys think about raising the stamina counter since we are only limiting ourselves to one character currently? I think if we are downsizing from 3 to 1 then what about raising max stam to like 5 or 6? I know more balancing issues come in because of backstabs, but what do you guys generally think about this?

Tbh 4 attacks is good regardless of how many chars you can run. Think that's the reason chris gave assassin's more backstab power when using two weapons instead of an extra stam. Cause more melee dependant classes like knights barbs rangers and possibly bards would benifit from extra stam since they don't have the BOOM skill that could be used to round or nearly round someone. Which I dont know how barbs rage come into play but if anything 2 out of those 3 classes could use more stam. Assassin's barbs monks and druids are fine.

The way I see it is that if people need more damage, then we should add it to the four attacks.
It would be a bit of a pain if people had to constantly tab up and attack 6-10 times because we increased the stamina rather then just simply increasing the damage to balance it out 8) It would also be troublesome to balance skills too as Rodeo said.

I don't know if we're talking about the same thing, but when I saw stamina points, I assumed that's what melee skills would deduct instead of MP. Personally I think it makes more sense for /hide to consume stamina as opposed to it consuming an actual attack. I'd also remove the restriction of having to re-enter a room, 'cause it just never really made sense. Unless you combine that with autosneak so that you're forcing the assassin to exhaust themselves.

Honestly the stamina system for drink? Is a little confusing. Most games it's used differently (it's either attacks or skill points or magic points or whatever) so I wouldn't mind seeing it hidden since it's just for water? Also it doesn't make sense to just have thirst and not hunger although I wouldn't have a prob seeing both of them go away. I do like the RP feature they bring to the game but I'm not sure if it outweighs the annoyance (go back and forth on it)
At the very least I say get rid of the bar on the interface I like how it was hidden in Rok in reality you never know when you are going to get hungry or thirsty anyways.

It's not really stamina, not sure what to call it. If anything can swap the attack bar for the stamina bar around so that the big bar is the attack bar instead. But I prefer having it there visible wise somehow.
Parched.. Is just a random message. I combine food/water into one hunger bar, I just don't know what message to write right now. I didn't want to get overly complex and have two needs, one combine works fine.

Maybe something like nourishment? Idk it's hard to not have two in my mind I mean you are going for an RP aspect by including it but only having 1 kind of negates the RP factor (I have to eat but not drink? I have to drink but not eat?)
I guess you could have the message say you are lacking nourishment? And make all things meals? So everything includes food and drink?
If you are just wanting it for the RP aspect of having to eat and drink I think I'd rather see it work like a heal Hp and mp quickly overtime type thing while out of combat. It would actually be pretty helpful since we are going the solo character route. (I think this covers the RP aspect and is also helpful to the character rather than something that can be harmful if forgotten)
If you want the whole hunger thing so the player has one more thing to remember to do/bring in their bags or they pay a penalty I think you might as well go all in an make it both since RP wise it only makes sense to have both in my mind.
Just kinda thinking out loud take what you will from it.

Healing HP/MP a bit quicker might be a cool idea. I'm still not sure about having both. What does everyone think on that?

I just don't wanna die of hunger and thirst like in nightmist where you can lose ALOT of exp at high levels. The heal hp/mp aspect out of combat seems like a good idea kill a few minstead be at 3/4 hp eat a meal and rest and gain it back. I like it.
