April 2025 Update and Instance

NEW Instance: Cathedral of the Moon
This is an instance that challenges those who attack it by changing the difficulty of the bosses based on how many, and which ones, are killed. Drops will also vary depending on how many are killed. Completing the instance requires killing only 3 of the 8 total bosses. Anyone who kills 7 will face a unique boss at the end. There are 11 unique drops, including an amulet. To find this instance, simply climb up to the moon. For some bonus action, try getting there without a rope.
Updated drop chance in Tegus to prevent no reward given.
Blackspawn Ridge bosses have had updated with new drops and higher drop chance.
Glowing Necromancerbane Ember will now work.
Minor typos fixed.
