1.9.0.15i Changes (June 2nd Reset)

-Updated all packages.
-DSharpPlus (Server to Discord connection) has been adjusted. I have a feeling this MAY of been the cause of the deadlock. Much of the code was not only updated for a couple deadlock issues, but the code needed a slight revamp on our end too because of it all. HOPEFULLY this resolves our issues!
