1.8.1.11d Changes (April 28th)

-/reclaimcheck no longer requires premium membership to use. You still require premium to actually reclaim it however.
-You can now reclaim names between level 1-20 (original was 1-16). Alot of characters are still being unused and hopefully this helps free up a few characters in the future. Still requires the 6 month AFK period however.
