1.8.1.11b Changes (April 25th)

-Fix when deleting characters that the userkey file wasn't being properly removed.
-Fix when deleting characters where after the character was deleted, the server would add pending writing data to a file that doesn't exist anymore (Thus recreating the char, but being a broke character.).
-Added a method in the daily reset to ensure that current characters are valid and if not, remove them. (This shouldn't occur anymore but it's a safety measure for future problems.)
-Server now validates friends on login to make sure the account both exists and they are on your friend list, otherwise they will be removed automatically.
