1.7.0.16 Changes (Reset on 09/24/2018)

-Attempt to fix crash problem (PART 1)
-When you level/etc the character manager should now update your character.
-When transferring a character, the account name is changed then instead on first login (just a cosmetic issue, no risk).
-Knights get a free re-allocation point.
