1.7.0.15b Changes (Reset on 09/23/2018)

-Guild vaults and room vaults now remove expired items during reset.
-Fixed a deposit error when a item is about to expire.
-Fixed the guildless warning message.
-Added some more info in the Account Manager on how to enable guildless/favorites mode.
-Fixed guildless toggle to be every 24 hours per character. (This was already in and mentioned, just didn't work.)
-Fixed expire on reset items.
-Items with expire or charges now show hours and minutes for a better gauge on how long is left on a item.
-Fixed guild hall/house moving bug.
