1.7.0.4 Changes (For 09/03/18)

-Logging now works again (Had a ton of new lines by mistake.)
-Account bound quests can be locked to a certain char is needed (AKA account can run this quest once.)
-Items can be locked to characters with QuestLocked= variable
-Fixed a bug with deleting accounts
-Fixed housing/hall commands such as /gvaultrank or /ghallkick from working.
-Ringleader area should work again
-Fixed a bug that crashed the server on startup
-Fixed some guild chat issues where discord didn't remove if the chat wasn't removed. You now get a 'Server is now online'. msg in your discord channel (for the bot to verify otherwise it can remove the channel if it's invalid.
