1.9.0.4 Changes

-Equipping with CTRL+Click will warn you if it is not soulbound as well.
-Fixes to faction member counts being incorrect.
-Added /help factioncount for details on how largest/underdog is calculated.
-Underdog now is displayed on /flist.
-/fguilds should be different from /f now and display current guilds in the faction you are in.
-Gathering Update: viewtopic.php?f=35&t=2915
-Foraging also has 1st tier nodes in Northern Woods now.

-NPCs should no longer blitz faction members in non FULL-PVP areas.
-Watchers will not nuke faction members either.
-All NPCs are marked with a faction if the spawner is in one now.
