1.8.1.0g Changes (March 8th Reset)

-Fix to discord rate throttling, preventing messages from being sent if you spammed a little rather then throttling. (It will throttle again, aka if you spam on guild chat, it will take a few seconds to catch up again.)
-Reverted some code so that the diamond on the minimap doesn't appear everywhere, revealing all secrets! 8)
-SpecialMovementFlag added for rooms that will show or hide the DIAMOND on the minimap forcefully.
-Fixed an issue when a quest could not give the item due to an issue (Instead will send a message + output to an error log to the player instead of nothing.)
