1.8.0.4 Changes (Reset Jan 26th)

-Spell/Command fixes indicated here: viewtopic.php?f=50&t=2734
-You can now have the friends and notes windows auto open. Enable it in the options if you want.
-Options window crash fixed when hitting save then exit quicker than it can react.
-Fix to issue where when you re-allocate your stats (forced or not) you can sometimes be missing 50-150 gold. This was because the initial level 1 spells weren't being given to you so you had to buy them back, resulting in 50-150 lost gold. This is now corrected.
