Out of debug mode

The server is in DEBUG MODE. This means that the server performance is degraded and may have slight delays. AUTO REBOOTS are also disabled, so the server will not reset. This is until I figure out what has been causing the server to be unresponsive and lock up, which will most likely happen if I give it enough time, since it's happened only once in a couple weeks now. Thanks.

I managed to fix a couple bigger issues, but I'm still waiting on the server being unresponsive bug. Will be a couple more days probably.
