Quest sharing would be great. Can get slightly annoying when you are playing with someone that you greatly out DPS and you have to consistently get things to critical and rely on them to finish it off.

Oh I was under the impression that not every item had the soulbind property. Do all shop bought items and drops have bind on equip? All shops buy items yes, They will buy items that are already soulbound to you. Not all items have soulbind, that is correct. And another point you just gave though.. ...
